I've been coming here for the last couple of years and these guys are awesome. They provide a shuttle service to nearby cities (including Keene) that really help with those little scheduling hiccups a full time job demands. They are great about explaining what's going on with the car and laying out your options. It's a pleasure to bring my car in and might be a big factor in where I choose to buy my next one.
My family buys our Fords and Toyotas here. Everyone at the store makes my family members know they get the same great quality service as you will too. They understand the customer comes 1st.

No straight answers to the questions I had, not impressed with the staff.
Despite the fact that we bought a car there we were disappointed by the customer service...actually absence of it! The people who work there are like machines...they really don't help you and don't give any advise on anything. Being new to thr USA we had problem with our foreign bank account so we called the shop to ask for options. They provided us with they bank information. When we called the bank they said that they don't do international transfers. When we called the shop again to tell that such option is impossible they basically said that it is not their problem. Of course..once they got the deposit why would they care. It took us almost two weeks to deal with that and also the consultant who sold us the car never called to find out if everything is ok and if we still need thr car. If you are moving from another country I do not recommend to buy a car there unless you are seeking for a headache.
Sales is one way their way or the highway. could NOT make a decent trade on new Toyota Camry sport. 72,000 miles on Ford explorer in great condition and trade value was wholesale. BOTTOM LINE THEY DIDNT THINK MUCH OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT . there are better places to deal than this place . do yourself a favor and look
