My landlord hired them to fix my ARC electrical breakers which kept tripping for no good reason. Two guys came, said they'd try ordering new breakers as a first step (easily available at Home Depot), would be back in a few days. Over three weeks later, they never showed up, and ignored calls from my landlord to follow up. My landlord has to now hire new contractors for the job.
